After 20 years of experience in consulting, Eric Monnereau decided to create e72 to offer an approach combining expertise and agility in response to the multiple challenges of real estate.
After engineering studies in France and Netherlands, Eric started his career in Germany in infrastructure consulting and then worked within technical advisory firm Egis as construction manager in large scale refurbishments in Paris.
He then joined global consulting firm JLL where he contributed to the development of the Paris project management and advisory practice for 15 years as a senior director, always with a special focus on renovation schemes.
Eric has a strong track record for all kinds of assets with a wide range of domestic and international clients such as private equity funds, insurers, investment banks, corporates, private investors, or family offices…He asists clients on ESG pathways and is certified from Ecole Polytechnique.
He is also a keen amateur of design and architecture and like to get inspiration from 20th century Italian design.
